We recently went to the Mansfield & Ashfield 2020 Business Awards after making it through as finalists in the Customer Focus Initiative.
After making it through the first 2 rounds of judges, explaining how we work and what our customer service looks like, we were announced as one of only 5 finalists in this category to make the final, which we are incredibly proud of.
Customer service is at the heart of what we do and we will always treat each client as if they are family, ensuring they are given the best possible advice and service together.
The judges were impressed that we appreciate that not everyone works 9-5, so neither do we. We always work around our clients shift patterns for things like mortgage appointments for example, meeting up in the evenings or very early mornings, responding to messages at times convenient to them, and liaising with other parties such as solicitors or estate agents on their behalf, so they don’t have to worry about that either. We work with a lot of emergency service workers as a result of this and are proud to support them in any way we can. Everyone deserves access to good advice, so we make it our mission to accommodate as much as possible.
We also offer our clients a lifetime service, which means that we will stay with them throughout their financial lifetime, regularly reviewing their needs and products with them, making sure they have what they need and they are not paying more than they need to for it.
This is the 3rd year in a row we have made it through and we always work hard to ensure that our standards are kept high!
We love what we do and have such wonderful clients, so to be recognised within the area for our efforts and service means a lot to us all!
